Disclaimer

One of my favorite actresses died today. At the very young age of 45 Natasha Richardson succumbed to injuries suffered from a skiing accident in Montreal Canada. I have no idea how her relationship with her creator was, I hope it was clear. I only remember Ms Richardson from one movie, one of the many “Parent Trap” takes. She played the part of the British clothes designer mom of the twins. I thought she was such a sophisticated lady and very beautiful. I know she will forever be missed by her family and close friends, and those of us who only saw her via the screen.

I recently (yesterday morning around 2:30 am recent) discovered a web site I’ll give here in a minute. I began to read this site and decided I needed it in printed form. After 30 thirty years of mostly sitting in front of computers I find myself still much more at home with the printed page for reading. I decided to copy the site into an MS Word document. 43 pages of Times New Roman in 12 pitch with one inch borders. I plan to manipulate the text and drop it as much as I can and still be easily readable.

But I feel I need to post a disclaimer before beginning to discuss this site or any more of the book I am reading.

First of all, if you feel that you might encounter anything that would hinder or injure your faith, please don’t read any more of this blog or look at the site I will link to. I have no desire to put a stumbling block into anyone’s path. Mark 9. 42 KJV reads thus: “And whosoever shall offend one of these little ones that believe in me, it is better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he were cast into the sea.”

I have no reason to doubt that this scripture means what it says. Whether taken literally or spiritually, I have no desire to test its validity. From henceforth please consider yourself forewarned. I am pursuing this study and research to fit together the pieces of the fragmented information I received through the first 37 years of my life for sure, and much of the information I received over the following 18 years.

Because everyone brings to the present different pasts of learning experiences and environments, everyone’s perspective on any given topic will be at least slightly different if not radically different. What lodges in your mind from this site may very well be quite different than what lodges in mine. And because of the biases and theological constructions built in my mind over 59 years I may handle parts or the entire site in a wholly different manner than you.

If you gain any positive information be thankful for those who spent their lives developing that information. If you suffer deficit I will suffer with you because of my part in your exposure.
